Get Involved – Events Like No Other!
Targa Club events are like no other – from a private day at Historic Prescot Hill climb to receive a lesson in hill climbing from UK champion hill climber Scott Moran to having a passenger ride with Indianapolis 500 Winner Kenny Bräck in the unreleased Maclaren Elva, through to hiring 4000 acres so that members can drive a period correct Ford Escort Mk2 rally car on the original RAC Rally gravel stages, to being served coffee by 2 Michelin Star winning chef Ashely Taylor-Watts.
Targa Club’s events are some of the most intimate and exciting automotive events for both collectors and passionate enthusiasts with the opportunity to get in the thick of it – to get involved in the event rather than be a passive onlooker.

The Rumble in the Jungle is an epic, season-opening day of Rally & Off-Roading that allows members access to 8000 acres of 4x4 courses and tracks including Jaguar Land Rover’s Test Track – The Quarry and the RAC Gravel Rally Stage
Rumble in the Jungle aims to recreate the atmosphere and camaraderie of original clubman events held throughout the 1950s and 1960s with a variety of cars from different ears without the crowds or with a packed schedule of thrilling, 4-wheel drive action and rally driving, the Rumble in The Jungle features all kinds of cars from 700bhp space frame monsters, period-correct Ford Escort rally cars, through to Group B rally monsters and unique one-off creations.
Rumble In the Jungle is exclusively open to the Targa Club community, which gives it a friendly and intimate atmosphere, with no crowds and access all areas with the chance to speak to manufacturers’ senior management and engineers. It’s a winning formula of spectacular cars, rally hero’s, unique 4x4 tracks, demonstrations & passenger rides, and the opportunity to drive on a real RAC rally stage or 4x4 course in either your own or perhaps even a manufacturers car – Targa Club also looks to provide a great breakfast and lunch experience within 2 large marques - picking only the best and then bringing it to the venue.

Targa Bespoke is a showcase of some of the most interesting and varied bespoke cars being made today and will be held at a secret hill-climb destination in the UK. From McLaren’s new halo car - the Elva, having its first public outing, through to the Aston Martin’s DB5 Goldfinger Continuation Car being seen for the first time through to GTO engineering’s new SWB – they have all been to Targa Club Bespoke & as usual Bespoke always includes a few surprises. Previous surprises have included McLaren bringing Indy 500 Champion Kenny Bräck to drive the Elva and giving passenger rides & Harry Metcalfe from Harry’s Garage filming for his tube channel.
Targa Club members will have exclusive use of a major hill-climb venue for the day – where you will be able to test yourself on the hill. Please remember to bring suitable attire, such as Lola, Stratos, Alfa 8C or maybe just come and watch with your own bespoke car or grab a wild passenger ride with a famous driver. The hill will be open all day for you to perfect your best lines and times.
